Probate and Estate Matters
David Hanstein has developed a large practice assisting clients with deceased estate matters. He can assist with applications for Probate where there is a Will in place or applications for Letters of Administration where there is no Will.
David operated his own firm for many years before moving to the Commonwealth Government. Some years ago he joined Legitimate Solutions Legal as Special Counsel. His experience also covers property and commercial matters.

We need to prepare a marketing contract with various searches included prior to you putting the property on the market. Depending on the property and whether it is in the ACT or NSW you may need to include Building, Pest and Compliance Reports. We can discuss this with you.
