Announcing: In Person Training!

Join me for an afternoon in beautiful Berkeley, California on Friday, October 21. I”ll be offering two 2 hour sessions on Gemmotherapy for Acute Care, with straightforward protocols to use throughout the coming cold and flu season and Gemmotherapy 101 & 102, the new foundation courses for applying Gemmotherapy protocols to chronic symptoms.

I’d love the opportunity to meet more of you in person but if you can’t make it yourself please pass the message to your California colleagues!

Or discover the amazing benefits Gemmotherapy can offer your clients preparing for pregnancy in Gemmotherapy for Fertility and how to then support them with proven protocols for each trimester in Gemmotherapy for Pregnancy. What I'm Reading

While I began and shared this book over the summer, I found myself back in it this past weekend and think it is well worth expressing some further thoughts.

Wired to Create, by Scott Barry Kaufman and Carolyn Gregoire, holds a wealth of richness for each of us as practitioners. These two have broken down the essential elements that foster creativity. So why is that important? Successful practitioners are in need of our creative mind day in and out.  It is your creative mind that is at work sifting through all you hear from your clients in order to discover the nuggets that will lead you to their protocol. It is your creative mind that guides you in conversations with challenging clients or provides you with the appropriate response for victims of trauma.

To grow as practitioners, fostering our creative mind is essential and knowing exactly what does that is key. Kaufman and Gregoire take us through chapters with titles such as passion, daydreaming, intuition, and solitude and make their case with antidotal evidence from historically creative minds and research. I believe this is the perfect book for fall as we all naturally turn inward and sort through what we will cast aside and what we will hang on to as the New Year approaches.
