Thank-You for securing your place at The Kent Scouts International Jamboree next summer as a contingent or staff member
Registrations from across the globe have continued to fly in since we opened up our second phase of bookings to groups from Kent and the UK. Our teams of volunteer Scouts and Guides are working together to make your time with us on the lead up to and at the jamboree is as easy and fun as possible!
Over the coming months you will receive updates from the team with details of the additional packages and offsite and day trip information. Once the initial booking phase is complete and deposits are paid, we will begin to allocate contingents to subcamps.
What's Next:
- Ensure your deposits of £20GBP per person are paid as soon as possible - Deadline is 30th November 2016
- Contingents sharing kit with other groups or have specific camping pitch requests, please email the Subcamp Team as soon as possible
- Start to gather each of your participants personal details and consent forms and enter them into the system. A paper copy is available here to help gather the information
