CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR NEW SAC AD HOC COMMITTEE:

Cochlear Implants in Children Position Paper Review

SAC is currently seeking volunteers to serve on an ad hoc committee to review and revise the current Speech-Language and Audiology Canada Position Paper on Cochlear Implants in Children. This position paper was last revised in 2006.

If you are an SAC member with experience or interest in this area, we encourage you to apply to join this new ad hoc committee. Your input will help update and revise the position paper to reflect current research and clinical practice in the field of pediatric cochlear implants.

Eligibility Requirements and How to Apply

If you would like to apply to serve on SAC's Cochlear Implants in Children Position Paper Review Ad Hoc Committee, please ensure you meet the following eligibility requirements. You must:
  • Be an SAC member
  • Maintain your SAC membership throughout your term
  • Have some experience or interest in the area of pediatric cochlear implants

Interested candidates must complete a Volunteer Expression of Interest Form (Word | PDF) and submit the form along with a current CV to volunteer@sac-oac.ca by October 26, 2016.
