This month's yard of the month is a visual treat - with colorful yard mums, pumpkins and signs that put us all in the right state of mind for a glorious Autumn!

The yard is perfectly manicured, grass is a uniform green and flowerbeds are weed-free. Drive by and check it out...you will be glad you did!

Hidden Hills comes alive on Halloween with yard decorations, spooky lights, and friendly competition between neighbors for the best looking yard in the neighborhood.

The Decorating Contest is ON!

Submit your entry or nominate your neighbor between now and October 31. Post a photo on our Facebook Page or email the clubhouse at hiddenhillsinfo@gmail.com.
Gift cards will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

Fall Garage Sale

The Fall Garage Sale is Saturday, October 15.
Bring your registration form and payment to the clubhouse.
Cost to participate is $10 - the money goes back into the Social Committee Fund and helps pay for activities throughout the year.

Welcome New Residents!

Homes continue to sell in Hidden Hills as six new families moved in last month. Be sure to say "hello" and welcome them to the neighborhood.

Volunteers Needed!!!

Several have asked about the Fall Picnic. Without volunteers to help, this cannot take place. ONE person has volunteered to help. The picnic is a lot of fun and residents look forward to it. We are considering a date in November, so if you would like to help
plan the picnic, please contact Pat at the clubhouse!

TRICK OR TREAT!!!

Hidden Hills will observe Trick or Treating on Halloween night, weather permitting. Please turn on your porch light if you are receiving little ghosts and goblins.
Carry flashlights and watch for children in the streets.

Events and Activities

The Board of Directors meet on the second Tuesday for the monthly board meeting. All are welcome to attend. If you wish to bring a matter before the board, please contact the office to be put on the agenda.

A group of Hidden Hills men get together on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month to play poker. If you wish to join the group,
please contact Ray Leninger.

Ladies meet on the 3rd Thursday at the clubhouse to play games and enjoy a delicious meal. If you are interested in attending,
please contact Alice Leninger.

Hidden Hills is a Covenant Enforced Community

The Covenant Committee works hard to maintain the standards of Hidden Hills by strictly enforcing the covenants. Repeat violations of the same covenant will result in a Special Assessment.
Last month there were 15 garbage can letters, and seven parking violations.

Please inform guests to stay off the grass, curb, and sidewalk.
Overnight parking on the street between the hours of
11 p.m. - 7 a.m. is strictly enforced.
