Parents, We're Here For You A Note From Our Pastor
As a Student Ministry, we highly value our partnership with you—parents! Our team has been brainstorming ways that we can partner together in the great endeavor of discipling students. We're interested in: 1) hosting a monthly Parent Prayer Night (see below) and 2) starting a quarterly Parent Lab (addressing relevant issues and providing educational helps and resources for parents raising students).
Here's some ways we can partner together:
- Parent Prayer Night: Join us for a monthly Parent Prayer Night to pray for our students, ministry, local schools, and church families. Details below!
- Quarterly Parent Labs: Consider attending a future parent lab, which addresses relevant issues like technology and social media, dating and relationships, and family discipleship.
- Parent Survey: Last December, some of you took our Parent Survey offering us feedback on what's working—and what's not. Do you have further questions or comments? Please don't hesitate to contact us!
- Parent + Pastor Coffee: Both Pastor Jake and I would love to get to know you! We would love to grab coffee with you—talk about your student, your family, your faith, and how we can help! E-mail Pastor Austin or Pastor Jake for an appointment!
Remember, we're a faith family. God has strategically placed us together in this season—to raise a generation of students that love God, love people, stand out, pursue godliness, steward their youthfulness, live with joy, and glorify God in everything they think, say, and do!
