Very Important - Hurricane preparedness for your business
View this email in your browser

TaylorWorks office will be closed on Friday, October 7th in preparation for Hurricane Matthew.
In an effort to assist you in preparing the impending arrival of Hurricane Matthew, we would like to take a moment to share some tips to help you prepare your business.
TaylorWorks will be monitoring local, state and federal agencies in order to stay informed about Hurricane Matthew’s forecasted track and potential effects in our area. TaylorWorks is taking necessary steps to protect our business and we want you to know that our technicians are aggressively working to confirm that our Datto devices are operational and that backups are current, both locally and offsite.

If you have a managed services plan with us, you can rest assured that your Datto is functional and backup is up to date.

As most schools and daycares will be closed in Central Florida tomorrow and Friday, many clients will be working from home and remotely accessing their networks. There is an elevated probability of power and internet loss Thursday evening through Friday evening and customers should be prepared to lose access to their networks. We will do what we can to help restore network access, but please be patient if our response times are longer than normal.

If your facility is in a flood zone, we recommend that you shut power to your computers and servers and elevate the equipment to avoid potential water damage.

TaylorWorks is here to help you during this time and feel free to call with any questions you might have while preparing for Hurricane Matthew.

Be Safe,
TaylorWorks
