We are thankful
As this year is coming to an end it is time to look back. The first generation completed in May and four of us have been at the Temenos Conference in Boston with Siraj and Susan. We worked on our book Showing Up and printed two versions for Boston and another one for the Agile 2016 Conference in Atlanta and sold around 150 copies until now. Thank you for your support!
We planned a Startup Conference and postponed the project, since we realized, we had too many things in parallel. It was just not feasible. We wanted to enjoy the summer and we did!
In October we started with the next generation of our Academy. This time we are happy to have our spouses with us, which is challenging and rewarding at the same time. We follow the idea, peace within you, peace within your own family and than peace with nearest friends and so on. Since we can't solve what becomes more and more a daily news, what we can do, is to do things differently in our lives. This is where we are called to Show Up, as well as in our families and with friends in the coming weeks. Can we create a container where people have meaningful conversations and share a time of bliss?
Thanks for being with us on our journey. We are heading in similar directions, connecting with people all over the world to support the showing up of new kinds of leaders in our daily lives. We will take time for stillness now, reducing speed and input, to reflect who we are now, who we want to be next year and how we are called to contribute with our work to what the world would like to be.
