Swayze's 5 Finest Road House Moments |
I love Road House. It's simultaneously a lot of fun and a lot of ridiculousness, and the result is amazing. It's got so many great elements – from Dalton, the bouncer (sorry, cooler) with a heart of gold and a philosophy degree, to a guy getting his trachea ripped out with a bare hand. Now I'm breaking down five of the Swayziest moments in this cult favorite film.

Bill & Ted's Most Excellent Collection |

“a complete pleasure, a gorgeous piece of widescreen animation that is as delightful as it is unexpected.” – Los Angeles Times
“Long Way North spins a fantastical yarn with beautiful visuals, upbeat storytelling and a strong female lead – not to mention a great voice cast and score by Jonathan Morali.” – IGN
“a hand-drawn, human-scaled marvel” – Village Voice
“The French director/animator Rémi Chayé is to be commended for finding a new technique (or perhaps reviving an old one?) to create the kind of moving-picture animation that can truly excite audiences of all ages – but especially little girls.” – Film Journal International
“Long Way North is substantive and satisfying, with something beautiful to look at in every inch of the frame. It's easily one of the finest animated features of the year.” – The Aisle Seat

“If you want the best-looking, best-sounding, most triumphant versions of both Bill & Ted movies, then you’ll want this set.” - Nerdist
“The A/V presentation is better than expected, even for Bogus Journey. And supplements? Not only are most, if not all of the old extras accounted for, but Shout went to great lengths to produce a good deal of their own. This is one of the easiest ratings I've given to a release in a while: Highly Recommended.” – DVD Talk
