Having his white Renault driven around the streets of the Northern Beaches didn't benefit Vinny's dry cleaning business in a major way. He was hoping it could be more than just a delivery vehicle. So, when he brought in his Renault Kangoo,  we just knew what we had to do. We designed, wrapped and turned the vehicle into an amazing and effective mobile billboard which works for him 24/7.

After 3 years with the same website, we just thought its time we freshen things up a little and do some house keeping in our corner of cyberspace. Shrimp, Leek and Spinach pasta
Hamburger Patties with Creamy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 4)
  • 1½ lbs (700 g) ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 oz. (75 g) feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 oz. (50 g) parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
      Gravy
  • 5 fl. oz. (150 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 oz. (50 g) parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
 DIRECTIONS
  • Mix the ingredients and form 8 oblong patties.
  • Fry on medium high with both butter and olive oil for at least 10 minutes or until the patties have turned a nice color.
  • Pour the tomato paste and the whipping cream into the pan when the patties are almost done. Stir and let the cream boil together.
  • Add parsley at the time of serving.
