Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon of Mayvers natural dark roasted peanut butter
1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup LSA (Linseed, sunflower and almond meal)
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor, pulse for 30 seconds until ingredients are well combined and serve.
