About the Disneyland Community Involvement Program
Disneyland Has Announced the 2017 Community Involvement Program (CIP)

This is a discount ticket opportunity which has been made available to clients of Lanterman, and their immediate families or caregivers to purchase tickets at a special discount.

Tickets are available for select dates and can only be purchased by verified members of qualifying organizations (such as Lanterman), that provide services specifically to individuals who are California residents with permanent disabilities.

Important Guidelines from Disneyland:
  1. Tickets are for eligible guests with disabilities and their immediate family members or caregivers only. Guests referred by Lanterman may make one (1) order per household, and purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets per order at specially reduced prices, for dates designated by Disneyland. (see dates and reduced ticket prices below). 
  2. Families must contact their service coordinator if interested in participating.
Disneyland CIP requires each qualifying individual Lanterman client (or their parent/guardian/caregiver) to provide a UNIQUE e-mail address (that can only be used once) for the client and up to five (5) others.

All correspondence from Disneyland Resorts to guests will be through this e-mail address to allow them to order, receive and print tickets. Lanterman will not be allowed to provide the service coordinator or Koch-Young Resource Center e-mail address for clients. Disneyland Resorts is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses or e-mails lost in junk/spam folders. Incomplete or incorrect information will delay receiving a purchase code or may result in missing out on this opportunity.
Instructions for How It Works
Here's How It Will Work
To be eligible to purchase Disneyland CIP discounted tickets, Lanterman clients/families or caregivers must let their service coordinator know they want to purchase tickets from Disneyland Resorts through the CIP reduced price program.

Please provide your service coordinator with the following required contact information by Tuesday, October 11, 2016, so they can verify that the Lanterman client is eligible for this program:
  • Client First and Last Name
  • Parent/Guardian First and Last Name
  • Parent/Guardian e-mail address (MUST HAVE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS OR CANNOT BE INCLUDED)
  • Parent/Guardian mailing address with zip code 
  • Parent/Guardian phone number
You must advise your service coordinator you are interested in participating in the 2017 Disneyland CIP and provide the above information by Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
  
What Comes Next
  • After Lanterman submits the list, Disneyland Resorts will contact the family by e-mail in the second week of November.
  • Families will receive an e-mail with a link to the Disney online store, log-in information and purchase codes.
  • Disneyland Resorts expects to e-mail the families this purchase code and link and open ticket sales by November 9, 2016.
  • Families will be eligible to place individual orders using the one-time purchase code via e-mail and to order a maximum of six (6) tickets per household/code. While guests can use the code to view the store multiple times, once they have purchased tickets the code is no longer valid (even if they have not met the six (6) ticket maximum).
  • Tickets are limited so families will need to submit their order in a timely fashion. Accepted forms of payment for individual orders include credit card and Disney gift card (no cash or checks).
  • Individual orders will receive their Disney eTickets via the unique e-mail provided. Each printed eTicket allows one entry at a Disneyland Park turnstile.

Board Welcomes Your Attendance At Its Meetings

Anyone in the community is welcome to attend Lanterman’s board of directors meeting. The monthly meeting is conducted on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. Meetings are held at Lanterman Regional Center. 2017 CIP Ticket Prices
  • $57.00 each (ages 3 and over) for a 1-Day, 1-Park Ticket to visit either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park on the same day.
  • $85.00 each (ages 3 and over) for a 1-Day Park Hopper Ticket to visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day.
  • Parking is included in the ticket price.
  • Each ticket includes a $2 service fee (already included in the ticket cost). The $2 service fee will not be refunded on unused tickets.
