New Bell Tower Coming Soon
The trustees are elated to announce that the old church bell will soon have a new and prominent resting place. Thanks to the efforts of the good people at Steelville Manufacturing and John and Dennis Bell, a design for the structure was recently approved by session. The new bell tower will be a 10 foot tall steel structure that will be situated at the southwest corner of the lawn between the church and the parking lot, at approximately the location where the tree was removed a couple of years ago.
A few of you may remember this bell from the old church and several of you will remember that this bell previously rested on the roof of this church until a new roof was installed a few years ago. If you would like to see the design drawings of the tower, please see a member of the trustees.

How to Pack a Shoebox
Pick up a shoebox from the church library to pack for a girl or boy. Select a quality "WOW" toy such as a doll, soccer ball, or stuffed animal. Fill with other fun toys, hygiene items, and school supplies. Most importantly, pray for the child who will receive your gift. Include a personal note and photo. Donate $7 to send your gift overseas. Bring your filled shoebox back to the church the week of November 14-21. If you have any questions about the shoeboxes, please contact Linda Hawthorne.
