Delicious Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins!

Welcome fall with this seasonal twist on our LC-Muffin Mix! Simply follow the directions on the LC-Muffin Mix package and add 1 cup of pumpkin puree and 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. Then whip up some simple low carb cream cheese filling with one 8oz package of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of LC White Sugar Sweetener, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Spoon a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of each muffin and bake. Top with pecans or pumpkin seeds for some crunch. Easy to make and delicious to eat, it's a low carb fall treat!
