Your Body Never Lies in Sacramento

Coming this Saturday October 8th, a free introduction and demonstration of the principles of Your Body Never Lies. You will learn a simple way of reading body language and will then see Brian use the technique to help a volunteer locate and release an old issue. Location: 112 Grand Rio Circle, from 2 to 4pm.

Then October 15 & 16, join us for The YBNL Playshop, a transformative weekend that removes our barriers to an expanded intuition. With humor and ease, we increase our sense of connection to the world and our ability to be here now. The YBNL Playshop is the only prerequisite for the other YBNL workshops. Join us!

This is the current draft of an idea for a new training that incorporates techniques from both The YBNL Playshop and EnergyWorks classes.

"Drop the Rocks" undermines drama and snaps us into the present through body awareness and simple exercises. You'll learn how to avoid getting pulled into old stories - very useful!
