King Harold Academy students undertake team-building exercises

Students from an Aspirations project at King Harold Academy visited Lambourne End Outdoor Centre to undertake team building exercises.

They had to carry ladders and a canoe through an assault course and also took part in rock climbing and raft building and tried their hand at high ropes and caving.

Jaci Hammond, the school's Head of Careers, said: "The challenges set were hard and when first attempts failed the students never gave up, ensuring that they achieved their goals.

"Our students returned tired but proud to have completed the course and improved their communication, leadership and team building skills."
