Starting NEXT TUESDAY !! is a course delving into BACKBENDS! Grounding Standing poses and Twists.! 4 weeks of deepening your alignment and working towards an awesome back bend in YOUR body + twists and Fun Standing poses!
Please sign up for this course. as soon as possible so we know how many will be going forward with this. With this information You can really modify your flow class and know where to go with or without the help of your teacher.
Anyone who has taken our Alignment classes or Alignment Course even Teacher trainees who want to go to the basics ..This is a great 4 week training. Simple clear and diverse.

Léah and Sadhu, experienced yoga teachers with a background in Anusara alignment, will teach you in four constructive lessons, the correct posture in yoga poses adapted to your body. So you learn to practice yoga safely and with pleasure and avoid unnecessary injuries.

What is it for me as a student that makes me feel great about myself after a yoga class? Taking a well-rounded class from a loving, confident teacher who reminds me of the things I forgot, what life is about, and how beautiful I already am. Helping me to tap into what I already have in me. Helping me tap into the higher version of myself. physically & mentally. To sing to you. Is the greatest most vulnerable honor I have experienced to date. As you close your eyes and I mine. I can feel the space feel my heart I sing with two wonderful musicians who are feeling the same. Sharing this is for me the ultimate yogic experience. music and silence and all of us together. Every lesson I close singing a mantra, every Savasana Concert fills me and the audience with so much emotion and energy. I would be honored if you would come and share this experience with me. This Date is so close to Thanksgiving. That I can't help but choose songs that represent this wonderful practice of being thankful for the abundance and preciousness of life.

We do not all listen the same. Certainly, sitting in squeeky chairs, upright and stiff, eyes facing the music is not always promoting listening but watching - a very different sense, indeed. For some, lying down in Savasana offers a complete relaxation and freedom to listen as YOU like.

ContraBass Sven Schuster Has a deep sound from his bass that resonates through the floor and through your body. He is an active part of the jazz scene in Holland.
