Finding the Abstract...

Guest Artist Evelyn Polk presents her collections of found objects, mixed media and printmaking abstracts for the consideration of the viewer - creating new thoughts for found objects.

Thought provoking abstracts using found objects, printmaking, collage and mixed media by Bury St Edmunds based fine artist Evelyn Polk. Since graduating from Cambridge School of Art with a 1st class Honors Degree she has exhibited in numerous galleries - so we are delighted to have her originals, printmaking and cards on display throughout October!

Printmaking workshops...

Evelyn offers Printmaking Workshops in Bury St Edmunds teaching a wide range of printmaking techniques to students of all abilities in a small, friendly and professional class.
Her next classes are running from 25th October onward so please visit her website for more details and bookings...

For Men only...

Catherine and John from HoneyBee Natural Beauty have just launched a new range of products for Men only...
The range includes a shampoo/body wash, beard oil, energising face wash and Daily Defence facial moisturiser- all scented with Black Pepper, Sandalwood and Lemon.
All available in store now!

Handmade Halloween!

Our artists have been creating some special items for Halloween... Like these 'Day of the Dead' Creepy Kitties by Ella Goodwin! Laser cut from acrylic and then hand painted they are available as both brooches or necklaces in black or white!

Pick up a Pumpkin!

Also perfect for Halloween are these crochet pumpkin decorations by Red Sparrow Crochet! Soft and squishy - they make perfect presents. Probably not so great for making into soup... ;)
Trick or treat!!!!

Shop local and support Handmade!

The Handmade Shop & Gallery is a collective group of talented
East Anglian designer-makers.

The Gallery is managed and staffed by the makers who share

the day-to-day running and costs of the Gallery.
When you make a purchase from us the money goes to the person
who actually produced your item.
You can be sure that you are truly supporting local independent makers
and your local economy whilst purchasing something beautiful and unique.

NEWS UPDATE...
