Introducing a new way to communicate with  Slaters & Co. Accountants

Recently some of our clients have approached us and have asked if we could change the way we correspond with them expressing a preference for electronic communication.

We have done some research and we are pleased to say that for those clients who want to communicate with us electronically we are introducing a new system called ‘’Docsafe.’’

As the name suggests, it is a safe and secure way of passing correspondence between ourselves and provides a portal where you can download or retrieve letters or information. It is fast, reliable, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It will be quick and easy to access and will allow you to approve documents electronically. A mobile telephone app will also be available.

Please note that e-mails will only notify you that you have electronic post to view in the portal; confidential or sensitive information will not be sent direct to your e-mail address.

As well as the clients who have directly expressed an interest in electronic communications, we want to offer the service to every client who feels that they would benefit from operating this way. 

This service will be offered in addition to the traditional postal service, as we acknowledge that moving to an online portal is not for everyone.
