A new way to communicate with  
Slaters & Co. Accountants

We previously let you know that  some of our clients had approached us and had asked if we could change the way we correspond with them, expressing a preference for electronic communication and we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you about the new system we are introducing "DocSafe".

As the name suggests, it is a safe and secure way of passing correspondence between ourselves and provides a portal where you can download or retrieve letters or information. It is fast, reliable, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It will be quick and easy to access and will allow you to approve documents electronically. A mobile telephone app will also be available.

Please note that e-mails will only notify you that you have electronic post to view in the portal; confidential or sensitive information will not be sent direct to your e-mail address.

As well as the clients who have directly expressed an interest in electronic communications, we want to offer the service to every client who feels that they would benefit from operating this way. 

This service will be offered in addition to the traditional postal service, as we acknowledge that moving to an online portal is not for everyone.

Once we have received your confirmation we will set up a docsafe account for you and send you a welcome e-mail. Detailed instructions on how to access the portal will follow and I assure you of my continuing support whilst you get used to this new way of operating.
