Description: Some call them Pirozhki, some call them Bierocks, Runzas or Calzones but Chef Vira calls them “Chef Pillows”.  Vira’s Chef Pillows are a soft and tender yeast dough that is then rolled out and filled with a savory mix of sausage, cheese and onion! Description: We'll be making a French classic tomato-based cream soup, Shrimp Bisque, a warming dish as we enter into the colder temps of Fall.  We'll go through each step, starting with cooking shrimp shells with aromatics, white wine and fish stock.  Then David demonstrate reducing the bisque to concentrate the flavors and adding tomato and cream.
