Early bird registration for IAMA Toronto Conference closes October 20th! 

Register for IAMA Toronto and the world's finest artists, managers, promoters, presenters and producers in the classical music industry in an exciting 3 day discussion of sustainability and impact of classical music in our local communities. 

This year's conference is aptly named “Cultural Crossroads” where Koerner Hall, Roy Thomson Hall and the Aga Khan Museum will provide a diverse backdrop for three full days of thoguht-provoking discussions, keynotes and performances. Stay tuned for an announcement of the artists who will be showcasing during IAMA Toronto later this week!

Ontario Contact 2016

Join us for the most anticipated event of the year in Ontario's touring and presenting sector! This year, we are welcomed by the beautiful City of Peterborough and our hosts at Showplace Performance Centre and Market Hall. Ontario Contact 2016 will be a fully packed, 3 day whirlwind experience full of incredible performing arts showcases, high impact discussions and lively social activities. 


Artist showcases

This year's Ontario Contact will have 7 exciting showcases with 28 performances from contemporary and classic music, theatre and dance artists. View this year's showcasing artists.
 

Hospitality

Friday night hospitality has been generously sponsored by The Feldman Agency who will be providing outstanding entertainment after 11 pm in the Holiday Inn Ballroom. Ontario Contact 2016 will finish with a Closing Celebration hosted by The Town of Petrolia where you can meet their mayor and find out why he calls Petrolia the greatest town on earth!

Throughout the day, you will have a chance to audition/pitch and receive feedback from knowledgeable professionals, and participate in roundtable discussion groups geared to your interests and experience in touring.

Workshop: "The Savvy Musician" 

The IRCPA presents this workshop in partnership with Long & McQuade for musicians of all genres. The workshop will be lead by David Cutler, the director of Music Entrepreneurship Studies at the University of South Carolina, jazz and classical composer, pianist, producer/presenter. educator and author. He will share his knowledge on career management for musicians along side Atholl Swainston-Harrison, Chief Executive of IAMA; Margaret Lioi CEO of Chamber Music America and Tim Robinson, board member of NAPAMA

Blue Sky Day 2016
