New Vibration: Fall Newsletter 🍃 💛 🍃

Basking in the sunshine all summer has been so lovely. In the light we recharge, connect with nature and build community. As we trade in our swimsuits for sweaters, the change of the seasons brings a greater sense of slowing down and new learning. I feel a unique excitement for the expansion of my work and offerings, as well as gratitude in acknowledging the fruits of the seeds already sown.

Sitting back with a cup of tea in my home, I appreciate the efforts I made in the spring when I let go of all objects, clothing, and materials that no longer served or sparked joy. Having released years of accumulated items, I now feel a greater sense of occupancy and harmony in my space. I am excited to nest and continue to curate my lifestyle in a manner that allows me to receive the nurture and creativity that autumn brings. Simple things that reflect self-love, like buying whole foods from the farmers market to make home-cooked meals, earthing in the park, observing the colors change as meditation and continuing my ongoing practice of speaking my truth.

I'm also enjoying growing my intuition by inviting divine guidance throughout the day to help in all my choices. This co-creative experience with the universe allows for less efforting or need to engineer my life. Instead, I feel more playful, more gentle, more feminine, more curious. It was in the midst of this type of moving meditation that I gave birth to my new painting, Sacred Union, as well as a new modality of working with couples. This creative growth simply happened to me, rather than from me, as did a robust line up for some exciting fall workshops at a pexart nyc Youniverse and Maha Rose.

Sacred Union is a service for couples who acknowledge that relationship is an extension of the spiritual path and a gateway for soul growth. I work with couples who wish to explore their primary relationship consciously and move beyond the existing boundaries or blocks to achieve a greater sense of intimacy with self and with their partner. I work with old and new couples, those in love and those in need of healing. Same-sex couples are warmly welcomed. In some cases, my clients choose to have a commissioned painting of the sacred geometric pattern of their relationship as a blessing for their love and to support the home with personal artwork that is healing, harmonic and loving.

Framed prints are the perfect gift for self and others. Including sacred geometry in your life promotes healing and spiritual understanding. Meditation with sacred geometry assists in clearing lower frequencies in the energy fields of the body, as well as rooms, buildings and spaces. The geometric symbolism in each one of my paintings conveys unique healing properties and is paired with a corresponding message of the way in which it serves.
