In this Edition...

Over the last few weeks a number our staff at GCP been preparing to take part in this years event on October 23rd at the Bordertown Race Course.  

We have walkers, runners and cyclists all participating on the day. This year Good Country Physiotherapy, in recognition of the important role that regular exercise plays in everyones health and well being, are sponsoring the 5km Walk/Run.

Whether you are taking part on the day or just popping along to try some of the fabulous food on offer after the event please drop by and say hello to us. We’ll be on site offering a rub down to anyone who has walked/ran or cycled too far. We might even be able to offer a bed to lie down on if you’ve eaten too much……

Community Talks
