Sage 300 product Tips
1. Export Reports
> Export
> choose file format > choose a destination
Application - View the report in the chosen file format
e.g. Format xlsx - report opens in MS Excel > save
Disk File - Save to a chosen location.
Microsoft Mail - Send as an email attachment.

2. Process Invoice info on one page
> Order Entry > OE Transactions > Shipment Entry > Select customer
> fill in details
> Create Invoice

New CitySoft Office in the Middle East
CitySoft has opened an office in Dubai with a view to capitalizing on a number of existing business opportunities in this region. Ian Hill CitySoft Sales & Marketing Director says “CitySoft has successfully exported its Sage X3 IP to South East Asia through our JV with X-Global, in Malaysia, and now plans to replicate the same business model in the UAE.” Sage Middle East has welcomed CitySoft’s commitment to this region and in particular looks forward to capitalizing on our expertise with the Sage X3 manufacturing suite.

Sage CRM integration with MailChimp
Unlock efficiency that makes your email marketing easier and more effective.
The integration with MailChimp allows you to:
- Push Sage CRM contacts into MailChimp
- Create new email campaigns in Sage CRM
- View campaign results in Sage CRM
1. Adding contacts to a MailChimp list
> My CRM > Groups
> Open a group of companies, people or leads.
> Make updates to the group or create a new group if needed.
Note
- The group must include an email column
- Each contact must have a valid email address
- The group name must not exceed 80 characters
- Create a dynamic group if you need to add people later
> Click Send To MailChimp

3. Viewing Campaign Results
> My CRM > Mailchimp Campaigns
> Click a campaign hyperlink - statistics are displayed in the campaign results panel
> Click refresh - to manually synchronise the data
> Click a hyperlink for more detailed information

> Click 'Create New Group' to form a contact group based on the recipients in a statistic group
> It can be dynamic or static
> Apply follow up actions to make your campaign more targeted and relevant
A communication record is created for each email recipient every night.
> Click the Communications tab for the relevant company, person, or lead record to view information about the MailChimp campaign email that they received. Click the hyperlink to open a copy of the campaign email.
