October 19th Brewtopia Tickets on Sale Now!

Brewtopia is a monthly beer and food pairing experience at Right Brain Brewery. October 19th at 6:30 PM, Right Brain food gurus will guide guests through a 5-course pig roast dinner paired with 5 hand selected Right Brain beers. Cost of dinner is $35 (includes gratuity) and tickets are available at Right Brain's tap room.  

Featured dishes include:

Course 1:
Jowel bacon cream cheese spread on Crustini.
Beer pairing: Dead Kettle IPA

Course 2:
Potato cheddar leek smoked ham soup.
Beer pairing: Irish Goodbye red ale

Course 3:
Arugula mixed with candied pecans, apricot honey glazed ham, honey lavender goat cheese and a Willpower pomegranate vinaigrette.
Beer pairing: Willpower pale ale

Course 4:
Mangalitsa Pig Porter duxelles stuffed pork loin with butter pan sauce.
Beer pairing: Mangalitsa Pig Porter

Course 5:
Concrete Dinosaur apple crisp with bacon fat crumble and beer whipped cream.
Beer pairing: Concrete Dinosaur Brown Rye IPA

Sunday, October 30th (5 PM - 9 PM), #hipthrust Productions is hosting an evening at our tap room filled with deep house/house/techno/electronic music vibes. DJ's spinning are JODY MOLINA (Kalamazoo), RILEY RAMOIE (Traverse City), and CENTRIFUGE (Detroit) and there is no cover charge.

Join us for the 8th Annual Traverse City Zombie Run, Saturday, October 29th, 2016. The Zombie Run has become a Traverse City Halloween tradition. What's not to like?
