Hi  <<First Name>>,
Well, finally back again! Although I skipped the September newsletter, I hope you will find this edition will make up for it with plenty of great bits and pieces including a fabulous free website I found, for all budding authors to create their special novel.

Since we are now in Spring and heading for Summer, I thought I would include my warmer weather tip. If you have weeds in your garden, white vinegar kills weeds much better than fungicides like roundup, plus it is inexpensive and doesn't hurt the environment. Just pour some vinegar at the base of the plant and in a few days it will be an ex-weed.

About six weeks ago, I gave up sugar (I hear gasps of shock and horror from everyone who is aware that I'm a total chocoholic and sugarholic). I am still sticking to my new health regime, although I am going to give myself an occasional reprieve when I catch up with friends. Anyhow, I discovered several amazing sugar-free, healthy products that you might want to try out if you are also reducing your sugar intake. Firstly, a brand of cold pressed juices called Impressed (bought in Woolworths), in particular, a flavour called "Cacao Kapow" which has no added sugar and is made with almond milk, vanilla beans, and dates but tastes exactly like a chocolate milk drink! (Although if you are shopping for it in my local area, you may not find any in stock, because I have probably bought all of them!) Also a fabulous Greek-style Non-Dairy yoghurt from Kingland  (bought in Coles) which has no sweetners and is great for adding to soups or cooking in general. The final product, last but definitely NOT least, is Sanitarium's - Naturally Nood range of "Smoosh'd Wholefood Bites" (bought from Coles). I love the bear-nana flavour which is made with banana, sultanas and sunflower seeds but there are two other flavours I haven't tried yet, which are probably equally as good. If you try them, I would love to hear what you think about them. I hope you find them as tasty as I do!

In this month's newsletter, I am offering a special Spring discount (offer available to purchase up to and including this Friday 14th), check out the October News Column for details. This edition also includes forecasts for 2017 for Virgo and Libra, excellent free ebooks to claim, wonderful guided meditations and relaxation music, natural health tips, off-topic subjects and lots more.

I hope you are enjoying our beautiful Spring weather and I look forward to the next time we catch up.

Wishing you peace and happiness,

FABULOUS FIND FOR WRITERS OR POTENTIAL AUTHORS!
I know there are a few lovely readers of my newsletter who are either in the middle of writing a book, or have plans in the future to put together that great novel! Well, I found a fabulous, totally-free website to help you in the realization of your writing dream! www.litlift.com is an excellent website where you can create and store unlimited books and book ideas, keeping them private or sharing them with other people online. You can download your book as text any number of times during the creative process to ensure your hard work is not lost. It has a few fun features such as a character generator and scene generator, and drag and drop reorganizing of chapters and scenes. I have been using this website for about six weeks now and have found it to be easy to learn and an invaluable resource for any writer or aspiring novelist.
