I hope you had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the rainy fall weather. 
As most of you know I ran the Mt. Taylor 50k on October 1st and it was an epic day! Although I didn't train nearly as much as I should have, I felt strong and loved spending the day on such an incredible mountain. The human body and the human spirit are capable of such amazing things, but you often have to push beyond your limits and your comfort zone to find that amazement. 
I hope that I can inspire you to push those limits and live a life that challenges you and astonishes you!

Our workouts this week will again challenge your body and mind.

We are just a few weeks into this 8-week yoga workshop and I am so thrilled that all of you have wanted to continue. I thoroughly enjoy teaching in such a beautiful space each wednesday evening. 
However, we will not have class this week because I am heading to Colorado to hike one more 14er before it gets too cold! 
Workshop will resume next week. 

Start your day off right by joining me for a challenging and dynamic vinyasa yoga class on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6:30am at the Remedy spa and studio. 

Remember - if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!
