Thank you for joining us on this adventure. We cannot thank our Storytellers and Life Groups enough! Together, as a church family, we are starting a holiday tradition that will surely prove itself to be a positive and rewarding time well spent. Your efforts will help bring our church family and community together and we will have a ton of fun making it all happen.

Food Truck Info: Kona Ice and Simply Divine food trucks will be participating at our event! We are still looking for one more food truck company to come!
We love your Creativity! Our church family is thinking outside the box! We now have a Storyteller who will be reading stories at the event AND a team of face painters.
Sign up to Participate: We need about a dozen more families, life group members and/or individuals to "officially" sign up to participate. Ask your friends, family and neighbors to join in!REGISTER ONLINE HERE
Decide on the Details Later: Remember, that you DO NOT need to know exactly what game your are hosting or how you're going to decorate your trunk. Just sign up to let us know that you’re all in and then decide the details later! Scroll down for some inspiration!
DON'T DIY? If you want to host a game and would like to skip making it from scratch, no worries! No Limit Event Rentals has you covered. You can rent a carnival game at NoLimitEventRentals.com.
To Sweeten the Deal: If you are hosting a game, you do not need to bring your own candy! We are going to handout raffle tickets instead and kids can trade them in for prizes.
Business Sponsorship: If you own a business or are an employee of a company that may want to sponsor the event, please email our Creative Director so she can send you some info. CLICK HERE to read our sponsorship letter and learn more about business advertising opportunities.
Handing out Flyers : We are going to walk around surrounding neighborhoods to pass out some flyers about the event. You can join the staff this Monday, October 17th (Time to TBD) or on Saturday, October 22nd (Longwood, Altamonte areas) from 9:00-11:30am. Email mio@graceorlando.com to join us!
