Mindfulness Meditation for Self Care
Hosted by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alpha Gamma Chapter
Interested in exploring the impact that stress has on your life, learning strategies to counteract it, and getting clear on your goals for self-care?  In this series, we will gather together in community to learn mindfulness-based stress reduction exercises and engage in supportive group discussion.  Sessions can be taken as a series or individually.
Mindfulness in the Fall at the Graduate Student Resource Center

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, our sessions will teach you mindfulness practices to help you deal with stress, improve your well-being, increase your compassion for yourself, and work with difficult feelings commonly facing graduate students!
From Our Friends
Free Guided Meditations from MARC

Check out the free guided meditations offered by our very own UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC).  You don’t need to go to a class to build your mindfulness practice.  Pop in your ear buds and practice meditation on your own, wherever you are.
