Dear <<First Name>>,
In this white-hot housing market, some developers are going deep into the risky-but-potentially-hugely-rewarding world of flipping houses. Staging helps sell the story, plus it's a load of fun for us. Every picture tells a story....

The Best Kind of Blues

Telling a Visual Story
It all began with the bright teal door at 38 Aspen in West Orange. The developers chose an unconventionally vibrant door shade for this house they had invested in to refurbish and sell. When they hired us to stage it, the unorthodox door inspired us to carry the shade into the home. Above, you can see how the living room plays off the energy of the front door.

Turquoise napkins carry the eyes from the dining room to the paler blue accents in the light-filled den in the back of the house.

As you see below, we worked our usual StagedRight Homes magic in the bedrooms. We loved playing off the droplet chandelier and the dramatic grey of the master bedroom.

Why Not Wallpaper in the Laundry Room?

A pop of the unexpected can surprise and delight potential buyers. The developers gave us the liberty to suggest this graphic wallpaper in the laundry room and spare bathroom. It worked wonderfully with the adjacent playroom, too.

StagedRight Results

In Livingston, 7 Arlington Road recently sold over the asking price, said realtor Robert Zebaida.
Zebaida was also the realtor for 19 Edgemere Road in Livingston, which also sold quickly. "As far as Arlington and Edgemere are concerned we truly believe that staging these homes is the single most important factor in selling the homes as quickly as we did as well as receiving the highest price."
Realtor Kate Elliot brought us in to help stage another developer investment, 12 Wetmore in Maplewood. The house had 10 offers in 5 days, and sold for $80k over asking price. "We challenged StagedRight on this house," said Elliot. "We knew the target audience, and wanted an outside-of-the-box look geared towards a young and cool demographic. Not only did they deliver, but we now hear that other agents are asking for the 'Wetmore look' in their listings! I was thrilled with the outcome, as was my seller. Thank you Wendy & Tom!"

We hope this issue about developers buying and selling homes made you flip! (Get it?) Thanks for reading, and please like us on  Facebook!
