Measuring Progress
Financial literacy programs are best measured when participants are surveyed before and after learning and behavior changes take place. PFEEF makes available the Employee Survey and PFW Scale™, the gold standard of financial literacy surveys, to employers and other organizations to help assess the efficacy of their financial literacy programs.
Equally important, PFEEF has collected data from over 150,000 Personal Financial Wellness Scale users that can be used for benchmarking your participants with others. This benchmarking can be done to compare employees from various income groups, regions, ages, and job titles – all across various employers.
Comparisons can also be done between your employees and others' employees both before and after they have received some form of financial literacy education.
