Which Agents and Property Types Feature Most Across Scotland?

Many thanks for your continued support; a year on from having to introduce costs for everyone listing we now have around 120 companies listing property in Scotland. We are also delighted to report that listings are being kept very up to date with 85% having been updated within the last 8 weeks or added as new within the last 3 months. In Angus & Fife (where councils are sponsoring listings) an impressive 96% are really up to date (either updated in the last 5 weeks, on a feed direct from an agents site or added as new in the last 4 months).

We thought it would be interesting to look at which agents and property types feature most in the regions across Scotland.  Paisley has the highest proportion of available Industrial property, Edinburgh the highest proportion of office space, Dundee is highest for retail availability with Dumfries & Galashiels highest for leisure space and land. 

Shepherd Commercial listings dominate 7 areas across Scotland, JLL feature as a top agent in 3 areas, DM Hall and Colliers in 2 areas. Savills, Paterson Associates, Whyte & Barrie, JA Pollock, Hardies, Smart & Co, Dinardo & Partners, James McGee, Falkirk Council, The Highland Council and Westport Property also feature as Top Scottish Agents.
