Time is running out to register for the Somerset Chamber AGM

The Somerset Chamber's Annual General Meeting is fast approaching, and time is running out to register your attendance.

The Board is looking for nominations from representatives of member companies to serve as a Director for an initial three year term. 

Nominations close at noon on Wednesday 2nd November 2016.

Somerset Chamber Chairman commends the appointment of Dr Adam Marshall as BCC Director General

 
The British Chamber of Commerce announced last week the appointment of Adam Marshall as its new Director General with immediate effect.

Graham Knight, Chairman of the Somerset Chamber of Commerce, commented, "I am delighted to hear that Adam has been appointed to the Director General role. He has provided excellent support to the Chamber movement and indeed Somerset over many years and his appointment provides excellent contitnuity also at a time where change is the one constant."
