Once you've completed your Weekend and Staff Training, you can come back as staff and support other women on their Weekend journeys of self-discovery. First-timers who have applied to staff: this training is for you! Do you want to join an existing WW Circle? Are you part of a group starting a new Circle? Woman Within Circle Training provides the tools you need to create a safe, confidential, cohesive group. You'll learn to support each woman's path towards empowerment without judgement, advice, or storytelling. This is great first step into Woman Within and a limited number of scholarships are available. The two-day, non-residential workshop is open to all women over 18. Women who meet regularly will welcome you and show you what a Woman Within Circle has to offer. There are NO PREREQUISITES; no need to graduate from the Woman Within Weekend. Attend Open Circles whenever they are offered with no obligation. These circles are open to ALL women ages 18 and up. So come join us and invite a friend who has yet to experience Woman Within. STAFF COORDINATOR NEEDED
Our Staff Coordinator’s tasks are as varied as the rewards she receives from them. Our Staff Coordinator begins the creation of the safe and magical staff container by registering staff and providing each with their Staff Notebook. She serves on the Staff Selection Committee, works closely with our Registrar and Vice President, and is a key part of the Weekend experience for the women in our Region. Cost of supplies is reimbursed and there is a small stipend for this position. Please contact the Nominations Committee. |

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS NEEDED
Do you get excited when you hear a new Workshop is coming to our Region? Our Program Director works with Woman Within International to bring events to our Region such as Wholeness, Skills, and Authenticity. She ensures that Weekend Facilitation Teams and General Staff are certified and trained. She also schedules the Honoring Ceremony following each Weekend which welcomes new initiates. into our community with love, excitement, and joy. Please contact Nominations. |

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT NEEDED
Are you eager to share your passion for the healing, empowering mission of Woman Within Western USA? We offer the WW Weekend, training workshops, and other events each year, but they come at a price some women can't afford and often cost more than the fees we charge. Our Development Director develops strong relationships with our generous donors who help fund scholarships and cover cost overruns. She finds new donors to help sustain WW Western USA long into the future. Experience in fund development is preferred, but not necessary. Please contact us if you have talents to share. |
