Why does it matter? Sugar affects the metabolism. Huge energy rush, and huge energy crash. Adrenal Fatigue is the result. The pancreas is unable to keep up. The immune system does what it can to metabolize the sugar but you get fat. About 500 extra calories are consumed on average world wide, leading to a pound a week increase. Can you imagine what 7 billion pounds a week would do to the world. Would you put 10 teaspoons of sugar in you morning coffee? Did you know that a can of soda contains 10 teaspoons of sugar?
Tip 1: Stop drinking soda. (including diet soda, next week I'll tell you why)
Tip 2: As you've seen in the video, sugar is everywhere and in everything. Treat ALL CARBS like sugar until you learn to distinguish low glycemic carbs from high glycemic carbs.
Tip 3: Here's the dangers we face from too much sugar:
- Adrenal Glands and Pancreas Damage
- Heart Damage
- Liver Toxicity
- Obesity
- Diminished Brain Power
Tip 4: Beware of Hidden Sugars.
What is this a label for? Any Guesses?
