5. Accountability Buddies
My friend Monique (you know, from that whole Visionary Journal thing up top) has been my accountability buddy over the last few months. We check in once every week or two via Skype and update each other on our progress with various business goals. We push each other and call each other out on our shit.
Having other creatives to hold you accountable is SO important. And it’s super helpful if they are not in your everyday circle of friends. Sometimes we go easy on our friends and family. But in our creative endeavors we need like-minded poeple to push us onward.
If you need an extra push, please post about your latest hurdles in the #BadassCreatives Facebook group. There’s a weekly “Share your stuff” thread, but you can always feel free to ask questions and get feedback from the group in order to push yourself forward.
