Only 3 more weeks!

Just a reminder that the last work day of the year will be Sunday, November 6th -- that gives us 3 more weeks to harvest as many peppers, jalapenos, and herbs as we can!

Last week we planted a variety of hardneck and elephant types of garlic. We'll be thanking ourselves come next June!

[Repost] Mark Your Calendar: Oct. 30th, Community Harvest Party + Get-Together At Westminster Presbyterian Church

To close out the gardening year, we'll be having a joint celebration with the local church, Westminster Presbyterian. People of all ages and faiths are invited to celebrate the end of the growing season, Halloween, and each other's company. Costumes are encouraged, and so are recipes! The church has a kitchen in its basement so we'll be able to cook garden produce together.

Hope to see you in the garden!
