A Celebration of Black History

The Leeds BME Hub invites you to join us to celebrate and reflect on Black History Month. The theme of the event is African History and Humanity.

When: Friday 28 October at 5:00pm to 8:30pm 
Where: Mandela Centre, Chapeltown Road, LS7 3HY 

We will reflect through presentations from:  

  • Joe Williams (Heritage Corner) portraying Black British History Pre - World War One through drama  
  • Khadijah Ibrahim (Leeds Young Authors) will present their Bicentenary Project; FOOTPRINTS  
  • and more....

There will be food and refreshments available, the event is free and everyone is welcome.
