How to Submit Product and Recognition Orders
The end of the 2016 Fall Product Program is fast approaching! Here are some reminders and tips for wrapping up and submitting your orders:
- Remember that both Product and Recognition Orders are due Nut-E by October 25 at 11:59 p.m. After this time, Troop Product Managers (TPMs) will not be able to edit any orders.
- Please double check that all girls selling Fall Product are listed in Nut-E! If any girls are missing, please email us at info@gsiowa.org as soon as possible.
- Don’t worry about girls’ sales through their online stores – these are being automatically transmitted into Nut-E for you!
- For your Recognition Orders, did you know that you can select the recognitions each girl wants before she has sold enough product to reach that level? By pre-selecting all of each girl’s recognitions, you can take away the guess work if a girl reaches a higher level than previously thought, or if a girl gets enough online sales to reach higher levels.

Service Unit Product Chairs: Entering Delivery Stations Into Nut-E
SUPCs Only: Please remember to enter the delivery site information in Nut-E for your service unit. Please include the location name, address, and appropriate contact information. Orders cannot be submitted without the delivery information! We will confirm delivery dates for your service unit in the next week.

Important Dates:
- October 1-21: Fall Product Program!
- October 23: All white & yellow copies of the Magazine Paper Forms, as well as Order Cards, ReachOut Booklets and money due to you from troop families.
- October 25: Deadline to enter product and recognition orders into Nut-E.
- October 29: All funds should be deposited into your troop bank account by this date.
- October 30: Troop Envelope with Order Forms & ReachOut Booklets due to your Service Unit Product Chair.
- November 1: You’ll receive an email with the amount you owe for your troop’s product.
- November 8: Payment due! The amount will be auto-withdrawn from your troop bank account.
