The Mirrorism Journey is all all level Hoop Workout and technique class using concepts of non-verbal "mirroring" : pattern and shape creation with hoops. 

I’ve been inspired lately with the idea of reflection and mirroring. When we mirror each other with the hoop - we not only learn from one another, we also engage and create new patterns of movement.

Over the last year I’ve dove deeper into pilates and barre training and have been creating ways to incorporate the hoop into new strength building practices.

This 4 week hoop “Mirrorism” journey will explore these new ingredients — Mirroring and allowing more time for partnering and class engagement with each other — weekly focused drills that pull from barre/pilates — leg/foot/ankle strengthening exercises & inspired floor drills for core strengthening using LED hoops — as well as basic hoop techniques and transitions. Full Desciption / Info / Meetup.com RSVP

As always, my wish is to load you up with information, inspiration, and be a guide for some focused, sweaty hoop time with good music. I will be sharing playlists from class via Spotify.
