** The total amount due is required to be paid no later than 11:59pm (EST) on the specified due date. Failure to pay in full the total purchase price by the required due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. All deposits are non-refundable and, in the event that final payment is not processed by the specified due date and time, the supplier reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain all deposit monies paid by you. Your credit card information is not retained by Travel Nation. You must provide your credit card information to Travel Nation a second time by phone for final payment. Five days prior to the specified due date, one of our Travel Advisors will attempt to contact you to obtain your credit card information and consent so that final payment can be processed. In the event that contact is not or cannot be made and you do not in turn contact Travel Nation to process the final payment, the deposit will be forfeited and any bookings canceled by the supplier.
