When God Shows Up

You may be waiting on the Lord
And feeling all alone
Or even asking for a sign
He'd make His Presence known
It may seem like it's been too long
And maybe He forgot
You may feel unimportant, lost
As if He loves you not
But let me tell you something friend
Not one of those is true
For if He cares for sparrow birds
You must know He loves you
The enemy will tell you lies
To get you off the track
But know this, God sees everything
And He has got your back
If you could see in spirit realms
You'd have a big surprise
For you'd see angel armies there
At work before your eyes
You'd know when all is silent here
On your behalf, God wars
As He dispatches Heaven's best
And, for you, opens doors
When God shows up He gets things done
Though now you may not see
He's not a man that He should lie
He's paving victory
So hold fast to His promises
His tokens from above
His Mighty Hand moves earth and sky
For you, He surely loves
When God shows up, He will show off
And all the world will see
He's on your side and brings to you
His promised victory.
