Deadline Extended: Enter Orders in Nut-E by 11:59 p.m. October 26

Earlier this week, Ashdon Farms experienced some technical difficulties that prevented users from entering orders into Nut-E. These technical issues have currently been fixed, but to allow Troop Product Managers (TPMs) ample time to enter your troop’s orders, we’re extending the deadline for orders to be entered.

Please make sure your troop’s product and recognition orders are submitted in Nut-E by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26; after this time, users will be locked out of Nut-E.

Submitting Paperwork and the Auto-Withdrawal

The 2016 Fall Product Program has wrapped up! Thank you for another great year, Girl Scouts. As we put the final touches on this year’s program, here are a few reminders for submitting paperwork and the upcoming auto-withdrawal:

Troops and Juliettes must submit all Paper Magazine Forms (white & yellow copies only) and ReachOut Booklets to their Service Unit Product Chair (SUPC) by October 30.
On November 1, all Troop Product Managers (TPMs) will receive an email from the council including the total balance due to the council from their troop bank accounts.
SUPCs: Be sure to submit all Troop and Juliette envelopes to your local leadership center by November 4.
On November 8, the auto-withdrawal will take place. This will automatically withdraw the amount due to council from your troop bank account. Psst…Please be sure your bank information is up-to-date in Nut-E!

Cookie Program: Training Dates and Times

Fall is going by quickly, which means that trainings for the 2017 Cookie Program are fast approaching! Register and save the date for these helpful webinars that will prepare you for Cookie Program success:

Service Unit Product Chair (SUPC) Training: This training is for Service Unit Product Chairs responsible for the 2017 Cookie Program. We'll go over the program format, share updates and leave time for questions at the end!

December 1 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Juliette Parent/Guardian Training: This training is designed for Juliette parent/guardians who are new to the Cookie Program. We will discuss definitions, what girls should learn from the program, how to facilitate it and council policies.

December 7 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Troop Cookie Program Refresh: This training is designed for returning volunteers who will be acting in the Troop Product Manager role. We will discuss just the changes in this year's cookie program in an abbreviated hour long training.

December 7 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Troop Cookie Program Basics: This training is designed for new volunteers who will be acting in the Troop Product Manager role. We will discuss definitions, what girls should learn from the program, how to facilitate it and council policies.

December 9 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
December 10 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Important Dates:

October 26: Deadline to enter product and recognition orders into Nut-E.
October 29: All funds should be deposited into your troop bank account by this date.
October 30: Troop Envelope with Order Forms & ReachOut Booklets due to your Service Unit Product Chair.
November 1: You’ll receive an email with the amount you owe for your troop’s product.
November 8: Payment due! The amount will be auto-withdrawn from your troop bank account.
