Dear <<First Name>>

Last month at Her Heart we focused on connecting with each other and this month we focused on re-connecting with nature – and I’d like to encourage you all to do the same. As simple as it sounds, connecting with Mother Earth can make you feel better, both physically and mentally. It was mental health week during October and it's important to remember that our mind and mood can directly impact our hearts - as seen in the interesting article on depression.

So if you’re feeling stressed, overworked, unwell or unhappy, nature may just be the thing you need. The featured article talks about some of the health (and heart) benefits of connecting with nature and has some great tips on how you can bring a little bit of nature into your life.

Or if you are feeling time poor the Nature Sound App can help you feel more at one with Mother Earth no matter where you are - it's good to use while you go to sleep, when you're travelling or even at work.

Warmest wishes
