We are proud to announce Hotondo Homes Wagga has won the Riverina HIA display home of the year award! We decided to build the Erskine 290 design because of its unique and family friendly layout. This is our first display home and we are extremely proud of what we have achieved! We have used all local trades, suppliers, local artist’s and our local stylist has sourced most of the furniture and home-wares from Wagga stores. The landscaping was done by ourselves and our trades and was very much a hands on project and team effort!
This home design has the kitchen, dining, living rooms and study nook located at the rear of the home, as well as an outdoor alfresco area. The home also has a privatised lounge retreat to unwind and relax. The rear of the home is filled with an abundance of northern light due to the large windows and large sliding doors. The rear of the house has been landscaped with rendered planter boxes to add a three dimensional look, with the addition of a sheer descend water feature that has a multi-colour LED light strip. A natural gas fire pit with glass surround, floating timber bench seating and soft garden lighting makes the rear outdoor living area a fabulous spot to entertain day or night. It’s a perfect area to relax and make use of the built in Australian made BBQ or the pizza oven. Custom outdoor cabinetry provides great storage for all the necessary utensils and a fan keeps it cool in summer.

Hotondo Homes Wagga wins Riverina HIA townhouse/villa of the year award! We doubled up this year and took out the Townhouse/Villa of the year award also! Our client requested the design of this Villa to be stylish, contemporary, easy to live in, possess compact living areas but still have room for the family, be energy efficient, contain an alfresco which took advantage of the eastern morning sun, and a well laid out minimal maintenance garden. The end result has exceeded the client’s expectations! She claims that her new home was better than she ever could of imagined at an affordable price!
The classy, modified version of the AON 265 Garage with the Haven facade and cobblestone infused driveway is a testament to what can be achieved! A forever home is created with a thoughtful design process, quality finishes, a simple but modern colour palette and attention to detail. The result is amazing!
