 Fundraising Gala Committee Meeting
Meeting: October 27, 6:30 pm
Any parents interested in serving on this year's Annual Fundraising Gala Committee are warmly invited to attend the first meeting/brainstorming session on Thursday October 27 at 6:30 pm in room W213 (Band Room). In an effort to support and raise money for a fellow Rancho Christian Elementary student who is in the hospital, RCES students have created "Remy Cups!" These cups will be on sale in the Elementary School lobby on Thursday and Friday, October 27 and 28. All proceeds will go to support Remy and her recovery.

The RCS 1st Annual Golf Classic, held on Monday, October 24, 2016 was a success! The rain, thunder and lightning provided added excitement as over 90 golfers hit the links in support of the students of Rancho Christian School. Congratulations to Jamie Brown, Rancho Christian's October 2016 HS Student of the Month! The Temecula Chamber of Commerce, city officials, and local sponsors support this event hosted by Sizzler Restaurant. The breakfast is televised via tape delay through the local cable TV channel.  Collections for Community Mission of Hope
Preschool students are collecting non-perishable food items for the Community Mission of Hope. Please have your child bring a food item every Wednesday (Chapel Day) to donate to the collection box.
 See's Candy Fundraiser
LAST DAY TO TURN IN MONEY: October 31
Rancho Christian Preschool has been selling See's Candy, which will be available for pick up by November 18, in time for Thanksgiving! October 31 is the last day to turn in order money! Sell, sell! We are trying to reach our goal of $7,500 toward the purchase of new classroom and playground equipment for the preschool.

The dodgeball competition was fierce, and the teachers gave it their all, but the 5th graders pulled out the win in our first Teachers vs. Students monthly competition! Next month, the 4th graders will have the chance to continue the streak.

 MS Hygiene Item Collection
The Middle School is collecting hygiene items this week for the Community Mission of Hope. Reflecting Rancho's Clean theme, homeroom classes will be collecting donations of toothpaste, soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotions and deodorant. The homeroom class that collects the most items will receive a donut party, courtesy of MS ASB!

Attention Sophomores/Juniors, on Saturday, November 12 there will be a Free SAT/ACT Combo Practice Test held by Kaplan Test Prep to help students decide between the SAT or ACT. Participants will receive their scores instantly. The practice test will be held at the Murrieta Library from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm as well as Live Online.
