IFI and CIDA Proudly Announce Shanghai Declaration Adoption

In a momentous ceremony, one of the largest cities in world, Shanghai, became the 122nd city to adopt the IFI Interiors Declaration thereby sending a powerful message to all about the value of our profession. Working hard for the public recognition of the profession, the month of September was both rewarding and significant for the global Interiors discipline and the IFI team. In collaboration with our powerful national members we produced three extraordinary events. These marked the 122nd (Shanghai, 9 September), 123rd (Dalian, 22 September) and 124th (Adelaide, September 26) Declaration adoptions. The world community of Interior Architects/Designers benefits as a whole when the design profession and governmental collaborate to dream and envision a bold and transformative future for our cities, communities and citizens.
