Girl Geek Dinner NL - Newsletter October 2016

Dear girl geeks,

First of all, a big thank you to all those who came to our 📝 first ever workshop 📝! We hope you had fun learning about sketchonoting, and also that we can bring more of these events to you.

Next week we are having our 🍸 monthly Girl Geek drinks 🍸, and this time we are revisiting a familiar location - CT coffee & coconuts. We'll be there from 7:00PM, Wednesday 26th of October, and we hope to see you there!

This month we have also been busy working on 💻 our blog 💻! We plan to have a more active presence in this space, publishing the latest news for women in geeky fields, as well as articles about women we find inspirational. We will try to have weekly blog posts, so stay tuned! Also, you have a topic that you would want to see discussed on our website, please let us know!

Last but not least, we want to spread the word about our 💰 call for sponsors 💰! We have a couple of fun events planned for which we are still looking for funding, so if you know of any person/company that could help us out, we'd appreciate if you could forward them our call.
