This week's new and special...


SMOKED GARLIC - 
Years ago, we  started smoking jalapeños for chipotles. The first smoker was just an old refrigerator connected to the fire box.  Then we started smoking tomatoes as well. So Bill made the beautiful big smoker we have now that can hold up to 600# of peppers, tomatoes and now garlic. This year was a trial of smoked plums ...

Come on out and try some of the more than 12 varieties we have available now!

WINTER SQUASH -  
Enjoy your squash as fall decorations, then roast up for the holidays!

TOMATOES-
No frost so picking cherry toms, romas and slicers still. Now that the water is off the flavors just get richer!!!
